The promosed health care insurance [as a member of management] was cancelled only months after I signed off on permanent disability....how? By transferring all disabled and retired to a sudsidiary division with less than fo active employees....ERGO - no ERISA! Please promise to SIGN SINGLE PAYER.....all the other plans are based on SEGREGATED health care, forcing the chronic ill and disabled into segregated plans....discriminatory and potentially illegal.
