My name is Khatereh Abbassi, I’m from Westlake Village, California. I recently lost my dad four months ago. I believe the major problem with health care is everyone should have access to health care and be available and affordable to everyone. I do not believe that health care is about making profits. If it takes profit out of health care, that makes it easier for everyone to have access to health care. |
 There is Widespread Support for Reform
 81% of voters agree with the statement "it should be public policy that government guarantee that all Californians have access to affordable health care insurance or other health care coverage."

Health care providers are shifting the cost of caring for the uninsured onto Californians with insurance . When medical bills go unpaid, many health care providers shift the costs onto those who can pay—those with health insurance.
