I am a 51 yr old female afflicted with M.S. who is currently using a powerchair held together with duct tape. I don’t have the SOC to get a new one besides I can’t get to drs office because it’s not ADA equipped.

I have called social worker 5 separate times to which she has not returned my call.  I even called Aging and disabled; same situation. I am on medicare/medi-cal but due to unscrupulous actions by a distributor I am stuck with this chair for another 4 yrs. Hope the duct tape holds.

I suggest you make clinics similar to Starbuck’s on each corner so disabled people and uninsured can be seen by medical professional for minor things.
